I have been working for the past 9 months in this world of DevOps, and in doing so have begun to hear through the grapevine some generally funny sites. These are not your ordinary websites like Reddit or The Chive. Here is a short list of what I have been visiting best oriented to developers. I will be planning on adding more to the list when I find them.
- DevOps tumblr: For those of us who are looking for the flagship site when it comes to funny DevOps content, this is the place to go. There is good quality in terms of material, but not a lot of quantity. Probably for the best as we have to get back to work sometime
- XKCD: This is a dangerous rabbit hole to go down. If you don't already know about it, you are probably living under a rock. if you haven't been before, make sure you go after work hours. It will suck you in.
- Developermemes: Not the best site, and it seems to be mostly a giant godaddy commercial, but it still has some decent ones
